Our first sparkling, a 2020 Blanc de Franc sparkling will be released on December 17th, and to celebrate the release of our first sparkling "Igen!", we are opening this event up to the public! For this unique release, Prohibition Cellars will be hosting an epic Christmas party where all guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling at the door as live holiday jazz music fills our festively decked halls played by the talented, award-winning Michael Benson Band. Thoughtfully paired bites will be served throughout the evening prepared by Executive Chef Kirstin Greig of Heirloom catering:

-Roasted Grape and Dolce Gorgonzola tartlet

-Kobe beef slider with caramelized onion, brie, and arugula

-Salmon Rillettes on Croccaccini (classic French, wine poached King, hot smoked Coho, blended with butter braised leeks and fresh herbs)

-Cucumber and Truffled Cream Cheese open faced tea sandwiches (elegant presentation)

-Chicken Waldorf Salad Cups in Endive (chicken, red grapes, apples, pancetta, fresh herbs and sharp cheddar served in Endive spears)
